Bridal portraits of a bride sitting on the steps of a castle corridor with light shining down the stairwell. Creative bridal portraits are the forerunner to wedding day photography. The bride has an opportunity to put on her wedding dress and create some memorable images away from the business of the wedding day and separate from the wedding photography. Photography pricing for bridal portraits can be rolled into the contract for the wedding day photography. This particular image was created with an image from a bridal portrait shoot at Keswick Vineyards in the Carriage house, with the pool in the background of the image. A second image of an inside castle stairwell was composited with the image in the carriage house to create this image. Bridal photography is one of my favorite genres of photography. The bride is wearing a gown in the mermaid style with satin empire waist with beading and crystals, and a lace overlay and a modest train. Information for photographers, image shot with a Canon 5DMIII and a Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L Lens. Settings were ISO 200 Post processed in Adobe photoshop and Adobe Lightroom, and finished with Alien Skin Exposures.
