Girls Senior Portrait Boxwood Winery in Loudon County

Senior Portrait of Foxcroft High School Student Isabelle on stone steps at Boxwood winery in Middleburg, Virginia. Student wearing lavendar tank top and white jeans with tan sandals, long blonde hair and fair complexion. Impatiens from the flowerbed lining the steps creates a spill over of flowery color onto the steps. Beautiful green boxwoods line the top of the steps. Boxwood winery started as a horse farm, one of the first ones in Middleburg. It is now a 16 acre winery on rolling green hills with ponds, outbuildings and stonework, as well as ironwork gates, and a beautiful red barn as well as extensive gardens with a large variety of trees, some of which are fruits bearing. There is also a pond with a small rowboat as well as a reflecting pool fed be a creek, surrounding by weeping willows.  Middleburg is home to countless horse farms and is one of the wealthiest counties in Virginia. It is also home to The Salamander Resort owned by Sheila C. Johnson. Image taken by Arnel Gonce Photography in the fall with a Canon 5DMIII and a Canon 85mm f/1.2L lens.
